Randy J. Krakoff, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Financial, accounting, auditing and systems implementation experience at varying levels in real estate, banking, utility, construction and nonprofit industries

Day-to-day accounting and financial operations of PPND including budgeting; forecasting; financial reporting; implementation and review of internal controls
Financial underwriting of potential grantees and projects seeking PPND funding
Development of loan products

David Light, Director of Real Estate and Lending

Work Background:

Real estate experience including city planning, architecture, real estate development and mortgage banking, working extensively with neighborhoods, nonprofit organizations, public agencies and private sector interests

Loan programs and lending activities
Primary contact and local representative for LISC loan programs
Technical assistance in all phases of development process

Sarah Dieleman Perry, Program Officer
